Ashlee Bair
Administrator
BIO
I’m a wife and a mother of five, and my heart is full of love for my family. I enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping, biking, or just being with my kids. When I’m not out enjoying nature, you can usually find me with a good book or serving in my church.
For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of being the registrar for Northern Utah United, and it’s been amazing to see the growth of our soccer community. Watching all we’ve accomplished together over the years has been incredibly rewarding. But, above all, my greatest joy comes from watching my kids grow up and thrive—both in their lives and through the experiences they have with soccer.

Tyler Grange
Director of Destination (4-7 year olds)
BIO
Tyler discovered a passion for soccer at the age of 5 and has been all-in ever since, both on and off the field. As he transitioned into coaching, he quickly developed a passion for training aspiring players to love the game the way he does. He spent several years directing Northern Utah United’s Destination Soccer program for kids entering the soccer arena and has enjoyed coaching various teams. His current focus is on youth development.
Tyler’s philosophy revolves around the principles of play, possession, and position. Players can control how hard they play, how they keep possession, and what position they are in. He values possession of the ball because the team attacks more effectively when they are organized and the players understand their roles. Trusting teammates allows the team to be creative while unbalancing the defense. Development is not just about individual skills; it is also about how and where to pass.

History
2004-Current | 16 years Coaching Soccer
Growing up as a player, I learned more then just soccer while playing soccer. I learned life lessons that I still use today. These lessons included how to not give up, how to work together, how to be a leader, how to better myself, and many more. These are lessons that kids today need and don’t have opportunities to learn otherwise. I knew as soon as I graduated high school that I wanted to help others have the same opportunities and love for soccer and life like I have. I have coached in all aspects of soccer from the very beginning in rec soccer to high school level and am continuing to learn and grow myself in my soccer knowledge.
If I’m not on the soccer field, in the the winter you will find me on the slopes as I’m over the Cherry Peak Snowsports School. In the summer I’d be out on the lake skiing, wakeboarding, knee boarding or surfing. I love just being outside and enjoying the water and sun!
I am currently employed as a part-time bookkeeper for CMP, a full time mom and wife, active in my church callings, supporting our son serving a mission, and keeping our house in order. It’s a busy stage of life but I definitely am enjoying it!

BIO
My passion for coaching stems from the love for the game that I shared with my family growing up. During my time as a coach I have worked with a wide range of players from 4 yr olds, to young women and men in adult leagues. It has been a privilege to be part of each of their soccer journeys. Each stage of soccer development presents challenges for players that makes every experience unique. As a coach and mentor I work to find ways to meet the needs of each player through developmentally appropriate sessions, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
In addition to being a husband, dad and an NUU coach I currently teach at Edith Bowen Laboratory school at Utah State University.
